    The Minnesota Department of Commerce intends to purchase load cell replacement service for AX2005 Mettler Toledo Balance - in our Weights & Measures Division - Precision Metrology Lab. Our Weights & Measures Division has determined no other vendor can perform this service other than the manufacturer – Mettler-Toledo – who has the technical expertise and required repair parts.
