Notice is hereby given that Philadelphia Gas Works (“PGW”) will receive sealed proposals on or before January 3, 2025 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time, via pgw.procureware.com, for a vendor to provide LNG switchgear and motor control center electrical upgrade services (Electrical Services) at Richmond Plant 3100 E. Venango Street, Philadelphia, PA 19134, as more specifically provided herein.

This document outlines PGW’s objectives, describes the services and materials to be provided, and outlines the obligations of PGW and the selected Proposer.

Questions concerning this Best Value RFP (this “RFP”) shall be directed in writing to PGW via pgw.procureware.com. Proposers may not contact PGW personnel regarding this RFP other than through pgw.procureware.com.
