LMIG PROJECT

Resurfacing of 44.04 miles of county Roads. Projects include deep patching, chip seal, mill tie-ins, plant mix, striping, stop bars, and traffic control.

Ben Hammond Place - deep patched only.
Old Rock Road - deep patched only.
Lake Oconee Trail - deep patched only.
Old Eatonton Road (add on) - Deep Patch and Resurface.
Stagecoach Road (add on) - Deep Patch Only
Carey Station Road (add on) - Deep Patch Only

SPLOST Project

Build shoulders on 25.4 miles of County roads. Build 3’ shoulders with permanent vegetation. Projects include grading, hauling, compacting, sweeping, hydroseeding, and traffic control. Vegetation must be established! The Contractor can excavate the dirt from our borrow site.

Special Requirements:

The successful Bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of the Contract.

The Bidder shall be responsible for performing with his own organization at least fifty percent (50%) of the work in this contract.

Miscellaneous:

Commence the Work with adequate force and equipment within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed, or as may be specified by Special Provision, and to complete the Work by August 30, 2025.
