Bids opened March 31, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Winning contractor to provide 18 month warranty.Pre-bid conference Tuesday, March 10, 10 A.M., Duluth Public Works, 2450 Main Street,Duluth 30096. Deadline for questions, Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. Please send questions to gabidding26@keckwood.com. Performance Bond required equal to one hundred percent of contract amount.
