2024-2025 LMIG FDR Resurfacing Project

The City of Brookhaven solicits competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors for the 2024-2025 LMIG Street Resurfacing Project. The awardee shall provide to the City of Brookhaven all aspects of asphalt maintenance, including, but not limited to, milling, full-depth restoration, hauling materials, resurfacing operations, adjustment of roadway appurtenances (manhole/water valve adjustment, etc.), all required machinery, thermostriping, resident notification, and traffic control. The bid sheet in this bid package shall be completed and returned by the bid submission deadline to qualify for this award. Specifications for the maintenance of each road segment are provided in the scope below. The awarded bidder shall self-perform tasks constituting a minimum of (50%) of the contract¿s value.
