Project Description: Louisville Metro's Cabinet for Economic Development is seeking proposal for a searchable database of affordable housing in the city. The database will allow low-and moderate-income members of the community to find all of the affordable units within Louisville Metro in one place. The system should allow code enforcement data to be entered so citizens know if there are outstanding code violations with the landlord and property as well as safety or maintenance problems in the units, as well as be free to the city, the affordable housing users and affordable housing landlords who wish to list their units on the platform.
