Project Description: The intent of this solicitation is to obtain sealed competitive bids to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete approximately sixty (60) isolation valve replacements and four (4) in-line flushing valve replacements for the Lincoln Lewis Vannoy (LLV) System Valve Replacement Project in accordance with all terms, conditions, plans, and specifications contained herein
