Lloydminster Hospital – Building Exterior Upgrades and Building Envelope Remediation - Phase 1

Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform the following work:
• Remove and disposal of the Brick Veneer, insulation and vapour barrier on a portion of the Hospital as defined in the project documents.
• Install new vapour barrier, insulation and metal cladding on a portion of the Hospital as defined in the project documents.
• Remove and disposal of the punched windows on a portion of the Hospital as defined in the project documents.
• Install new punched windows on a portion of the Hospital as defined in the project documents.
• Remove and re-install new seals and IGU for the curtain walls on a portion of the Hospital as defined in the project documents.

A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for August 13, 2025, 3820 43 Ave, Lloydminster, SK. All Bidders are required to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids. Pre-register for site meeting via email to Katie Wiederhold at Katelyn.wiederhold@saskhealthauthority.ca one day prior to site meeting.

3. Company Safety Program:
• Proof of bidder’s SCSA COR/SCSA SECOR/ or SCSA COR Letter
of Equivalency, provided with tender submission. For a
partial score, submit, with tender, evidence of progress
towards such certification.
• Current WCB rating.

Key Personnel as referenced in the Standard Operating Procedure
for Construction, Renovation and Maintenance of Health Care
Facilities. (refer to Section 6)
