LLM26023 Saskatchewan Polytechnic Generator Replacement

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Saskatchewan Polytechnic Regina Campus Emergency Generator Replacement, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

Saskatchewan Polytechnic intends to replace its existing emergency generator, that is supporting the Main Building located at 4500 Wascana Parkway, with a new code-compliant natural gas emergency generator system of equivalent capacity and voltage. The new generator should include appropriate electrical upgrades, including provision for the fire pump, to meet current code requirements.

A non-mandatory Pre-Tender Site Meeting will be held on May 4, 2026 (details available in the negotiation).

Competition documents for this procurement are available through the Government of Saskatchewan’s Government Enterprise Management (GEM) system. All amendments, addenda, clarifications, and further instructions will be posted on GEM. To participate, suppliers must be registered in GEM’s electronic bidding platform.
