Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of Livesay Road Watermain Improvements in Prairie County, Arkansas, will be received by Prairie County, AR at 605 Hwy. 38 East Des Arc, AR 72040, until 1:30 PM on Thursday June 18th, 2026, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 3:00 PM on Thursday, June 11th, 2026 at 605 Hwy. 38 East Des Arc, AR 72040. Potential contractors are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference.
The scope of work consists of the installation of approximately 7,450 linear feet of new 8” SDR-21 PVC watermain along Livesay Road in Prairie County, AR construction to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained ($100.00 cost per set obtained) at Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72201.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law. All bidders are required to be registered with sam.gov .
