Live Front Dead Front Phase 3

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) seeks a contractor for replacement of our multiple Live front switches with 9 Dead front PME switches, which includes, but is not limited to pads, 15kV 200amps load break elbow connectors and 15kV 600/900 amps T-OPII elbow connectors. In addition to the installation of the PME switches, contractor shall be removing transformers, installing transformer and reconfiguring the circuit by running new cables, splicing into existing cables and directional drilling. This work will take place at multiple locations throughout CFTOD property.

The scope of this project includes providing concrete encased duct bank, directional drilled conduits, direct buried conduits, electric pull boxes, temporary generator support and switch pads. Providing 15kV cable splices and cable terminations as indicated.  Installing Owner-furnished PME type pad mounted switches and Owner-furnished 15kV cable.  Contractor shall provide generators and MOT as required.

NOTE: This project will be a multi-year project covering multiple locations and will require planning the work and coordinating and requesting multiple outages. These outages will depend on approval from The Walt Disney World Company and/or Reedy Creek Energy Services (RCES).
