Live Event Audio, Visual, and Staging Services

The New York State (NYS) Office of General Services (OGS), Media Services Center (MSC) provides creative services, marketing, web/social and media/graphic design, video production, and transmission services to support the various needs of 109 New York State agencies.

The purpose of this Solicitation is to retain one Contractor to serve as the primary partner for live events throughout NYS. Contractor will be responsible for large-scale stage production elements, including staging & rigging, lighting, audio, live video & production.

The following minimum requirements must be met by each Proposer:
A. Proposer shall have at least five years of experience in providing services for live large-scale stage production elements, including staging & rigging, lighting, audio, live video & production, experience with governmental entities is preferred, but not required.

B. The Proposer shall be available to provide services to all regions of NYS (statewide) in-person.

C. The Proposer shall be ready and available to provide services to all regions of NYS (statewide) upon 48 hours’ notice.

The State of New York retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the Contractor's ability, qualifications, and procedures used to accomplish all work under this contract, as it deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work.
