Littlestown Borough Interior Renovations - General, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Contracts

Project Description: Sealed bids for renovations to the Littlestown Borough Municipal Building will be received online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.procureware.com) by Littlestown Borough located in Littlestown Borough, Adams County, Pennsylvania until 12:00 PM, Tuesday, May 19th, 2026 and will be opened publicly and read aloud at this time.
A summary of bids received will be displayed on PennBid forty-five (45) days after bid opening, the time of which is listed in the Invitation to Bid. It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award.
Copies of Bidding Documents for the Littlestown Borough Municipal Building Renovation are available online at no cost from https://pennbid.procureware.com. The Bidding Documents includes four (4) prime contracts as follows: Contract No. 1-General Construction, Contract No. 2-Plumbing Construction, Contract No. 3-HVAC Construction, and Contract No. 4-Electrical Construction.
The Littlestown Borough Council has authorized mulá group to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Littlestown Borough.
A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Littlestown Borough in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Additional documents to be provided by each bidder with their bid are Contractor Integrity, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Non-Discrimination Clause, and Contractor Qualifications Statement.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026, at 11:00 AM at 43 South Columbus Avenue, Littlestown, PA.
This construction work is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
Littlestown Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto.
