Little Rock Central High School Window Replacement – Phase 3

A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT AS FOLLOWS:

Replacement of several windows across the front facade of Little Rock Central High School. Plans, specifications and bid documents will be available for reviewing electronically through “BuildingConnected”. These Digital documents can be accessed through a “BuildingConnected Invitation Notice” from Grey Lovelady (grey.lovelady@nabholz.com). Contact Grey Lovelady for access to Building Connected. CM Manual, Bid Form, Trade Packages, Specs, Addendums, Responses to Pre-Bid RFIs, etc. will be uploaded to “BuildingConnected”. You must contact Grey Lovelady by email if you plan on bidding this project.

BIDS are to be emailed to Grey Lovelady (grey.lovelady@nabholz.com) or dropped off at Nabholz Construction, 1718 Aldersgate Road, Little Rock AR 72205 by 2:00 pm CST on December 17, 2024.

Bids are to be on a lump sum basis and must be filled out on the Nabholz Bid Form. Email bids with bid bond to Grey Lovelady. Original copy of bid form / bid bond must be mailed to Nabholz Construction, 1718 Aldersgate Road, Little Rock, AR 72205 (Attention: Grey Lovelady) within 24 hours of bid date/time, if emailing bid form.

Bids shall include all labor, materials, taxes, insurance, equipment, freight, etc. for a complete job/scope of work. If your bid proposal on this project exceeds $50,000, please send a copy of your current Arkansas Contractors License. Bid bond is required for all bids exceeding $20,000. Once bids are received, they will be reviewed for completeness and the responsible lowest bidder will be notified. All bids will be taken under advisement.

PREBID MEETING will be held on December 11, 2024 at 3:00PM CST. Location of Prebid Meeting is 1500 South Park Street, Little Rock, AR 72202. Meeting will be held on the front steps of the high school with access to Construction Documents inside facility. Parking will be available at the upper main car park and along South Park Street.

Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Arkansas and other applicable Arkansas statutes. To be considered, bidders must be licensed/registered on the day of bid opening. Nabholz Construction and the Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any bid.
