Sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, P.O. Box 1789, Little Rock, Arkansas 72203-1789 (8th Floor), until 10:00 A.M., August 14, 2025, for the follow¬ing:

PIPE SUPPORT REPAIR, PAINTING AND REHABILITATION
PAINTING OF 48” STEEL RAW WATER AERIAL CROSSING AND PIPE SUPPORT REPAIR
6900 PINNCALE VALLEY ROAD

Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the above office at no cost. Bidders must obtain an official set of contract documents, either hard copy or electronic, directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list for this project in order to insure receipt of bid addendums or project updates.
There will be an optional pre-bid conference on August 5, 2025, at 1:30 P.M., held onsite near 6900 Pinnacle Valley Road, Details of the pre-bid conference will be forwarded to all plan holders. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
