Title: Little Creek Pedestrian Bridge
Addenda: 0
Release Date: 6/27/2025
Due Date: 8/1/2025
The selected contractor will remove the old bridge and replace it with a newly manufactured bridge. It should have the specifications detailed in the attached scope of work. This pedestrian bridge is located on the Green Line of the Prisma Health's Swamp Rabbit Trail Network and will need to be replaced in accordance with Greenville County Parks and Recreation requirements. A vicinity map has been attached to show the exact location ((34.902240041810884, -82.44328267309193 / near the convergence of Vinson Drive and Delta Drive).
Greenville County is currently stabilizing the stream bank of Little Creek near Plano Drive and Vinson Drive and re-establishing the adjacent riparian buffer. Upon inspection of the pedestrian bridge, it was determined that removal of the current bridge would take rotting wood out of the stream and create a sturdier foundation.
