INVITATION TO BID Project: LITITZ BOROUGH HVAC UPGRADE Project consists of replacing one AHU, one CU and BAS. Owner: BOROUGH OF LITITZ 7 S. Broad St., Lititz, PA 17543 Bids will be accepted electronically until 2:30 PM, Monday, April 22, 2024, via PennBid ( www.pennbid.net ) only. The bid results will be available for viewing at the Pennbid website after 3:00 PM April 22nd. Successful bidder will be selected by Owner at a later date. Bidding Documents and solicitation details are available online, without charge, at www.pennbid.net . Questions will be accepted until 2:30PM, Tuesday April 16, 2024. All questions must be submitted through PennBid. All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Borough reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids. The Borough has determined that this work is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (43 P. S. §§ 165-1 - 165-17 ) and the Contractor shall pay at least the wage rates as determined in the decision of the Secretary of Labor and Industry and shall comply with the conditions of the act approved August 15, 1961, and the regulations issued thereto, to assure the full and proper payment of the rates.
