The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist the City of Irving Police Department in understanding the market availability, technical characteristics, functionality, and estimated pricing for the replacement of our current Lyris List Manager system. The information gathered through this RFI will support budgetary planning and to inform a future Request for Proposal (RFP).
There will be no pre-solicitation meeting in conjunction with this RFI.
The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this RFI electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
