Project Description: The specifications establish the minimum requirements for qualification, furnishing, and delivery of liquid polyaluminum chloride coagulant for use at the City of Waco Dissolved Air Flotation Facility.
The contractor shall furnish all product, transportation, delivery labor, transfer equipment, hoses, fittings, adapters, documentation, technical assistance, safety equipment, qualification-test support, and other materials and services necessary to comply with the specifications.
