A.
The Poughkeepsie’s Joint Water Treatment Facility (PWTF) requires lease of a complete liquid oxygen system and supply of liquid oxygen for a term of five (5) years. Liquid Oxygen (LOX) and a leased LOX storage and delivery system will be used by the PWTF to generate ozone gas for use in its treatment process to produce potable water. Attached Drawing Sheet 05-C-2000 shows the location of the LOX system and pad dimensions on the plant site. Attached Drawing Sheet 0S-N-6004 shows the alarm and status wiring as well as power supply to the LOX tank.
B.
The LOX Supplier is responsible for:
1.
Designing, placing and securing the LOX tank and associated components to the concrete pad utilizing existing cast-in anchors or other means if required.
2.
Making all connections to the LOX tank once equipment is in place.
3.
Proving, installing and making all connections to the LOX control panel.
