Overview

Summary

The City is seeking a responsible chemical supplier to provide Liquid Oxygen according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.

Background

The City is installing a liquid oxygen storage and vaporization system (“LOX System”) for oxygenation of the Western Branch and Lake Prince Reservoirs. The LOX System consists of two bulk tanks for liquid oxygen storage. The Contractor shall provide water Liquid Oxygen to the Western Branch Pump Station on an as-needed basis, usually between March and November.
