West Desert Test Center, Dugway Proving Ground has a Purchase and installation of a 5,000-gallon Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) Tank with an evaporative system for building 4156 (Chem Test).
Requirement includes:
- 5,000 LN2 Tank
- One time fill
- Ambient air vaporizer to convert cryogenic LN2 into gas
- Pressure temperature control manifold
Requirements shall include all equipment, installation labor and removal of existing 3000- gallon nitrogen tank. The current LN2 Tank stands on a pad with dimensions of 34ft x 16ft. The new tank shall be mounted on the existing concrete pad.
Installation includes:
- Connect new tank to existing building, utilizing existing tubing/pipe system.
- New tank must dispense LN2 from the tank to top container to fill low pressure (22 PSI) liquid cylinders (250-liter cylinder).
