Project Description: Capital Region Water will receive sealed bids via the online PennBid Procurement Portal https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/, for Project No. 2025-209 Liquid Ferric Chloride, Liquid Chlorine & Liquid Aluminum, until Friday, September 26, 2025 at 12:00 p.m., and, thereafter, bids will be opened online. Any Bid received after said date and time will not be opened. This project will take place at the Dr. Robert E. Young Water Services Center, 100 Pine Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17103 and the Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility, 1662 South Cameron Street, Harrisburg, PA, 17104.
