Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) – Propane (Certain Counties)

This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is being issued by the New York State Office of General Services (OGS), Procurement Services, to establish Centralized Contracts for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) – Propane in certain counties. Any resultant contract(s) is intended to provide Authorized Users (State and Non-State Agencies) with a method to procure Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) - Propane by 20 LB (4.7 gallons), 34 LB (7.9 gallons), and 100 LB (23.6 gallons) cylinders and Bulk gallons for the following 13 counties only : Albany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Delaware, Greene, Madison, Montgomery, Schoharie, Steuben, Sullivan, Ulster, Warren, and Wyoming. This solicitation would include tank and regulator installations, testing and inspections provided by the Contractor, as set forth in Section 6.3 - Price clause of the "Invitation for Bids" solicitation document.

It is the State's intent to award contract by county based on the lowest price to responsive and responsible Bidder who can meet the terms and conditions of this Solicitation. There are no MBE nor WBE Goals. There are also no SDVOB goals.
