Linn County Courthouse Exterior Restoration Project

By the direction of the Linn County, Iowa, Board of Supervisors (the “Board”), in accordance with the provisions of Iowa Code Chapter 26, notice is hereby given that sealed bid proposals for the LINN COUNTY COURTHOUSE EXTERIOR RESTORATION PROJECT (the “Project”) will be received by Linn County at the Linn County Purchasing Department located in the Jean Oxley Linn County Public Service Center at 935 2nd Street SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, May 30, 2025. Linn County will not consider bids received after the bid submission deadline and will return such bids unopened to the late bidder.

All sealed bid proposals for the Project submitted by the time and date stated above will be opened and read at the Linn County Board of Supervisors meeting in the Formal Board Room of the Jean Oxley Linn County Public Service Center located at 935 2nd Street, SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, at 10:00 a.m. local time on Monday, June 2, 2025, for consideration by the Board at its meeting at 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
