Description:

SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for the above-noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus Contact in this advertisement within fifteen (15) business days of this Advertisement Notice.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Sections 139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Contacting any other individuals at Upstate in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS agency.

Vendors responding to this advertisement shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Sections 139 j&k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a.

Vendors responding to this advertisement must submit valid and current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms.

Requirements:

  • (3) Recruiter Corporate Seats: Vendor must allow Upstate the ability to source and reach out to LinkedIn’s network of 1B+ professionals and help attract candidates to apply to open roles.
  • Vendor’s system must provide AI-assisted searching capabilities, and each seat includes 150 InMails to be used for direct messaging purposes.
  • (1) Career Page (Basic Package): Vendor’s system must help Upstate build its talent and employer branding presence and showcase its employee value proposition to candidates through a customizable Life tab on Upstate’s LinkedIn page. Includes ~400K traffic driver ad impressions and a 1-tab view.
  • (44) Job Slots: Vendor’s system must provide reserved, interchangeable job postings, which are promoted across LinkedIn using AI-matching capabilities to 1B+ professionals.
  • (5) Dashboard Manager seats: Vendor’s system must provide complimentary seats to help manage and post the Job Slots.
