Farmingdale State College is looking to license LinkedIn Hiring Solutions – a hiring platform informed by 1B+ global professionals updated in real time to attract, hire, develop, and retain employees through a combination of unique data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning for in-house use either directly through LinkedIn or an Authorized Reseller. The platform will assist in finding the right candidate through search and recommend matches, build meaningful connections with candidates through enhanced messaging, and manage a pipeline of both active and passive candidates for powerful collaboration and analytic tools.

Specifications:

• Job Slots - Reserved job posting with ability to change, update, and remove on demand with 30 slots allotted for promotion. We reserve the right to update the number of job slots in order to adhere to budget requirements.
• Recruiter Corporate – LinkedIn recruiter account with team collaboration, auditing, and unparalleled network search capabilities. Allotment of 150 In Mails per month as well as training and support.
• Job Wrapping - Jobs ported from external sources and posted via job slots.
• Career Pages – Large Enterprise – Custom content LinkedIn company profile page. Including preferred placement on company page for custom content, Life and Jobs tabs, and customizable modules. In addition, traffic driver budget (~400k impressions), one audience view and standard analytics.
• Job Dashboard Manager – Seat to manage jobs in LinkedIn Recruiter.
