This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation W9127N25QA020 for the purchase of Submergible Traveling Screen (STS) Master Link Bars and Link Bar for delivery to The John Day Project, Rufus, OR, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and associated drawing for all specifications and delivery information.
The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07.
This solicitation is advertised as unrestricted under NAICS Code 332312 - Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing (SB Size Standard 100 employees). All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
The government requests quotes for the following items:
0001: STS Linkbar, Standard, 16 hole, QTY: 2,160 Each (EA)
0002: STS Linkbar, Master, 31 hole, QTY: 144 Each (EA)
Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. For offerors with a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), complete paragraph (b) of the provision and submit with the response to the RFQ.
Offerors shall submit the following per FAR 52.212-2:
- Technical Evaluation: the Contractor shall submit a quote. For a quote to be considered responsive, the Offeror shall include manufacturer name and model and must include technical specifications for approval by technical POC (to show they meet minimum requirements as listed in the Statement of Work).
- Price Evaluation: the Contractor shall submit a quote with pricing valid for the 30 days from the close of the solicitation. Price shall include all shipping and delivery charges.
