LINDVIG PUMP STATION VFD & MTS UPGRADE PROJECT

Notice is hereby given that  bids will be received at the office of the Public Works Engineering Division for the City of Poulsbo, 200 NE Moe Street, WA 98370, until 11:00 AM on Friday April 25, 2025 for the Lindvig Pump Station VFD & MTS Upgrade Project, Contract No. CN2025-02.  Bids received after the time will not be considered.

Work includes:  Procure and install specified VFD and MTS equipment and complete electrical work as required for Lindvig sewer pump station.  The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is $100,000 (not including sales tax).

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the office of the Public Works Engineering Division for the City of Poulsbo, 200 NE Moe Street, WA 98370, until 2:00 PM on Thursday May 1, 2025 for the 2025 Pavement Preservation – Scrub Seal Project, Contract No. CN2025-03 as stamped by the official bid clock that will be located at the 2nd floor street entrance along the 3rd Avenue side of the building. Bids received after the time fixed for Bid Opening will not be considered.

The project consists of work to be performed between August 1, 2025 & September 30, 2025 and consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental theretofore and as generally described as follows:

Construction of the 2025 Pavement Preservation – Scrub Seal Project which shall consist of, but not be limited to:
1. Mobilization and cleanup
2. Temporary traffic control necessary to complete the project
3. Application of emulsified asphalt and aggregate for Scrub Seal treatment
4. Application of emulsified asphalt for fog seal treatment
All work will be located within the City right-of-way or on City property. The project consists of completing a scrub seal treatment and finishing with a fog seal on 30 neighborhood roads totaling 2.13 miles.  The Engineer’s construction estimate for this project is in the range of $750,000 to $850,000.
