Lindon City - Well House #5

Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: Lindon City
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: construction of a new drinking water well pump house. The well house shall consist of but not limited to a masonry structure with an asphalt shingle roof, 2,500 gpm vertical turbine well pump with 400 HP motor, piping, valves, flow meter, gas chlorination system, pump-to waste and discharge piping, HVAC systems, electrical systems, control panels, sitework with grading, concrete pavement, site restoration, fencing, testing and commissioning.
Mandatory Site Visit: Tuesday, June 30, 2026, 2:30 p.m., Lindon City Public Works.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the best proposal from a qualified vendor based on selection criteria (cost, approach to work, schedule, experience, references).
