Linder Road Overpass, Overland Road to Franklin Road

The project consists of widening Linder Road from Overland Road to Franklin Road to five (5) lanes including a new four (4) lane bridge over I-84. The project also includes new curb gutter and 10' buffered multi-use-pathways, replacement of the Ten Mile Creek Bridge, stormwater improvements, irrigation pipe replacements, and two (2) Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons.

All work involving irrigation and/or bridge work shall be completed no later than March 15, 2027, unless otherwise approved by the irrigation district. All other work shall be completed in its entirety on or before November 5, 2027 . The completion dates are predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about June 1, 2026 . ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $5,000 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project. The contractor shall be liable for any and all damage charges filed as a result of disruption of irrigation water delivery. Liquidated damage assessments shall be cumulative and concurrent.
