The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

Linden Street Dungeon Barrel Roof Overlay

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Linden Street Dungeon Barrel Roof Overlay" with the time and date of the opening, which will be Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761.

This project will involve overlaying a TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) single-ply membrane to the Linden Street Dungeon barrel roof to create a watertight seal that will provide protection from all types of weather and UV radiation.

Bid documents are available electronically from the Town of Normal website at www.normalil.gov .  The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
