Summary

Regional Transportation District ( RTD) would like to perform a structural condition assessment at the Lincoln Parking Structure located at 4681 Station Way in Lone Tree, CO. Following the condition assessment, a 5-year Asset Management Plan will be provided to indicate needed repairs, retrofits, maintenance items, etc. to ensure longevity of the structure. The consultant will provide construction documents and construction administration for year-1 and year-2 priority repairs.
