Lincoln & Mayberry Roadway Improvements

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Lincoln & Mayberry Roadway Improvement Project will be received, by City of Westbrook, at the office of the City Clerk, Attn Ellis Ledoux, City Hall, 2 York Street, Westbrook, Maine 04092, until 10:00 AM local time on Friday, April 25, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing:

• 8,400 SY of full depth recycling with cement on Lincoln Street

• 320 LF of of 12" storm drain, 205 LF of 15" storm drain, and 20 LF of 18" storm drain on Lincoln Street;

• 20 EA 4-foot diameter catch basins on Lincoln Street;

• 2,600 LF of 6" under drain type B, 450 LF of 12" under drain type C and 475 LF of 15" under drain type C on Lincoln Street;

• Construction of a small roundabout at the intersection of Mayberry & Lincoln Street;

• Sidewalk construction along the entire length of the South side of Lincoln Street with about 4,450 LF of straight and 490 of circular vertical granite curb type 1;

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.
