Lincoln County Public Water Supply District #2 Route 47 Water Main Replacement
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the project Lincoln County Public Water Supply District#2 (District) Route 47 Water Main Relocation will be received by the District at the District Office located at 40 Sydnorville Road., Troy, Missouri 63379, until the above time, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The entire name of the project must appear on the outside of the bid envelope submitted to the Main Office.
The Project consists of relocation of existing 6-inch water main between proposed roadway alignment stations STA 2268+22 and 2273+25 to eliminate identified conflicts between existing water main and proposed MODOT improvements.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.

Bidding Documents may be viewed and ordered online by registering with Issuing Office at Drexel Technologies, projectbids.drexeltech.com . Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office’s website as “zipped” portable document format (PDF) files. The cost of printed Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Cost of Bidding Documents and shipping is non-refundable. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.

Prevailing wage shall be determined according to the most recent state wage determination as obtained from the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, division of Labor Standards.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders on this work shall agree that this project must be performed in accordance with 23 CFR 645 and they shall abide by all provisions of the Buy America requirements.
