Lincoln Community Center Project – Request for Bids from Pre-Qualified Contractors

The Town of Lincoln, the awarding authority, requests bids from prequalified General Contractors (GC) & Filed Sub Bidders (FSB) in accordance with MGL c149 for the Lincoln Community Center project, which includes demolition and abatement of 3 existing buildings, extensive site work, and construction of a new net zero building that will be located at 6 Ballfield Road, Lincoln, MA. The estimated cost of construction will be $19,500,000. Bids are to be submitted electronically through www.biddocs.com and hard-copy submissions will NOT be accepted. Only pre-qualified GC and FSBs may submit bids. Bids will be subject to MGL c149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by MGL c149 Section 26-27H inclusive
