Description
This Contract provides for the labor, supervision, construction meetings, mobilization, demobilization, materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, and conveyances necessary to construct an approximate 6,000 square foot addition to the existing Lincoln Area Office North of the existing Garage, renovate the existing Lincoln Area Office, and upgrade the existing infrastructure as required in these Contract Documents. In addition, ATTACHMENT B – CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS and ATTACHMENT C – TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS layout in detail the requirements of this Contract. This facility is located at 5800 Fletcher Avenue Lincoln, Nebraska 68507-3295.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit for prospective Bidders will be held at 5800 Fletcher Avenue Lincoln, Nebraska 68507-3295, at 10:00 a.m., CST on January 6, 2026. The purpose of meeting will be to answer any questions or provide clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract documents and to familiarize the Bidder with the job site. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while attending the pre-bid meeting and site visit, to inspect those items necessary to submit a bid that is complete and responsive in accordance with the Contract documents. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting. If you plan to participate, email Guy Evasco at gmevasc@nppd.com and Bill Ruskamp at whruska@nppd.com, with the names of those representatives planning to participate in this pre-bid and the company they represent.
