Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Department of Corrections
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Certain limited legal services to inmates under the jurisdiction of the State of Utah Department of Corrections (UDC) who are incarcerated at the Uintah and Duchesne County Jails Facilities.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
The total budget for this contract is $70,000.00
