Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) is seeking the services of a qualified general contractor to perform structural maintenance on the District’s Lime Parking Garage. The Lime Garage is a five-story concrete parking structure that supports the Disney Springs area within the District. Repairs will be focused on crack sealing on all ramps throughout the garage, per the repair procedures outlined in this scope of services.
Contractor shall be responsible for all materials, labor, equipment and supplies necessary to complete the work, as well as any ancillary work required to complete repairs such as temporary traffic control. Work shall be completed in phases, and Contractor shall work with the District to minimize disruptions and facilitate maximum garage capacity and operations around work zone(s). Contractor shall note this project has a critical schedule and a required completion date.
