Description

(Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date).



The Embassy of the United States in Lima, Peru will issue a solicitation for preventive maintenance of four (4) Chillers located in the Embassy premises. Anticipated performance is for one-year base period and three (3) one-year period at the option of the U.S. Government.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, as well as all transportation, equipment, tools, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, and component replacement as required to maintain the systems. Under this Contract the Contractor shall provide the services of trained and qualified technicians to

inspect, adjust, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.



All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The government plans to issue the solicitation by the end of June 2025 and will be advertised in SAM; no paper copies will be mailed.
