Please Note: During the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough the following questions were asked.
Please see the responses below.
1. Will the light post location at the southern end of the park be moved to the inside of the
track?
Yes, please adjust your bids to reflect that the light post at the southern end of the track will be
flipped to the inside of the track. This only applies to the light post at the southern end, all other
light posts will be on the outside of the track. It is anticipated that minor tree limb clearing will
still be required.

2. Will the conduit plan need to be designed and signed/sealed by a Licensed Professional
Engineer?
No, it does not need to be.
3. Are there any specific requirements for the standalone panel?
The panel must be a code compliant height from the ground.
4. Are there any work time restrictions?
Yes, the park must be open during the following dates/times.
Saturday June 13th
Saturday June 20th
Wednesday, July 1st , 6-8 pm
Saturday July 4th
Wednesday, July 8th , 6-8 pm
Tuesday, July 14th, Wednesday July 15th, Thursday July 16th
Wednesday, July 22nd, 6-8 pm
Wednesday, July 29th , 6-8 pm
Wednesday, August 5th , 5:30-8 pm
Saturday, August 1st
Open is defined as safe for the public with all equipment stored in an onsite designated area. This
includes but is not limited to backfilling open trenches, blocking off areas under construction and
ensuring that any hazards due to construction are mitigated, and blocking off the designated
equipment storage area.
An anticipated and preliminary construction schedule must be submitted at the time of the bid
opening.
All other terms and conditions of this bid will remain the same.
