Lighting at Kinsmen Ski and Snow Board Center

The city is requesting Bidders to provide pricing for the following: Lighting at the Kinsmen Ski and Snow Board Center standard features included in the pricing. Separate pricing for all optional features listed must be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Tender.

15 – LED Flood Lights (Wattage to be no more than 400 watts).

2 – LED Flood Lights (Wattage to be no more than 50 watts).

The two (2) LED Flood lights noted above need to be attached by 6X6X14’ treated posts including all anchoring and fittings to be attached to the Old Log Cabin.

We will need to have the contractor include all labor and equipment in the price.

All Lighting is to be installed and positioned on existing poles except for the install of the 2 – LED Flood light of lower wattage, those are to be installed on the East side of the Old Log Cabin.

Provide an installation start date for our consideration noting that all lights need to be installed before snow flies or snow making starts on the hill usually at the end of October.

Site visit, Wednesday, October 15, 2025, 12:00 p.m. at Little Red, Kinsmen Ski and Snow Board Center if anyone wishes to come out. We would meet at the Cosmo Lodge and walk over to the hill.
