Title: Light Duty Trucks
Addenda: 0
Release Date: 11/4/2025
Due Date: 12/2/2025
The Department of Public Works is seeking proposals for the purchase of four light-duty trucks to support the Graffiti Abatement Crew. Qualified vendors are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in this request.
The City of Pasadena, an ethnically diverse community with approximately 142,017 residents, is the ninth largest in Los Angeles County. It covers 22.5 square miles and has a median age of 36.9 years. With over 100,000 jobs in various industries, Pasadena is a key cultural center in the San Gabriel Valley.
Our Public Works department has around 300 vehicles. The Graffiti Abatement Crew lost four vehicles in the Eaton Canyon Fire, and this bid is for the purchase of those replacement vehicles. Key challenges include supply chain issues that may delay vehicle availability and manufacturer ordering schedules. This bid is for the purchase of the vehicles. The vendor is expected to demonstrate flexibility in managing potential delays, offer competitive pricing, and be responsive to the City’s needs.
The City of Pasadena is interested in purchasing four light-duty single-cab trucks immediately.
