An Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at Tuesday, August 26, 2025 , 2:00 pm at Transportation Conference Room, 3201-A South W.S. Young Drive, Killeen, Texas

Bid questions will be accepted on the OpenGov e-bidding site , until 3:00 pm on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site . It is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
