Project Description: The City of Cincinnati is seeking proposals for the active population. Generally, the purpose for this RFP is to select a Life, Disability and Voluntary Benefits vendor for the City. The City seeks to partner with vendors who can demonstrate: • Ability to demonstrate commitment to services and established track record of providing high-quality services to life and disability plan participants. • Competitive cost proposal with guarantees that will provide savings over the current arrangement. • Ability to offer multi-year rate guarantees. • Consistent, responsive and professional administrative services backed by verifiable performance guarantees.
