Summary

MARCS is requesting licensing for the continued use of Seehawk Monitors reporting capability with the iBflex drive test unit. These devices are used in conjunction with each other to test tower sites for interference, monitor subscriber devices connected to the system, and to assist in the monitoring and setup of in-building radio frequency amplifiers that are connecting to Ohio MARCS Tower Sites. The term will be for 12 months upon issuance of a purchase order.

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services is soliciting quotes for Licensing of Seehawk Monitors.

This solicitation is for MBE dealers only. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation. No outside/additional documentation will be considered. Please be sure to include a state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier. The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation. No additional terms and condtions will be accepted.

If there is a software license agreement and/or privacy policy, please attach a copy to your response.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
