License to Renovate, Operate and Maintain A Trap and Skeet Shooting Range and Snack Bar Concession At Southaven County Park, Brookhaven, New York

Project Description: The Suffolk County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation requests proposals for a license to renovate, operate and maintain a year-round Trap and Skeet Shooting Range and Snack Bar Concession at Southaven County Park, Brookhaven, New York, for a period of approximately ten (10) years, commencing upon execution of the Agreement, continuing through December 31, 2035, with two (2) additional five-year options to extend the Agreement from January 1, 2036 to December 31, 2040 and from January 1, 2041 through December 31, 2045, at the sole discretion of the Commissioner of the Department.
