Project Description: The Suffolk County Office of Central Procurement, on behalf of the Suffolk County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation, invites Proposals from qualified entities to provide a food service and related activities concession at Cupsogue Beach County Park in Westhampton, NY. The requested services will take place in a new structure being built in early 2026, which will include a new commercial kitchen, gift shop, restrooms, and public seating areas.
