Sealed proposals will be received on the City of Savannah Purchasing Division Supplier Portal until 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2025
for License Plate Reader.

Only electronic submissions will be accepted through the Supplier Portal at www.savannahga.gov/bids.

A pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at the Floyd Adams, Jr. Complex, 20 Interchange Court, Room 1079, Savannah, GA to address any questions and/or issues that may have arisen. You are invited to attend.

Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
