Project Description: The Town of Barnstable Procurement Office, on behalf of the Marine and Environmental Affairs Department, is soliciting bids for a license to tie up at the docking facilities at 182 Pleasant Street, Hyannis, MA 02601.
The successful bidder will be required to enter into a license with the conditions of this Invitation to Bid. The term of each license will be for a period of three (3) years encompassing the 2026, 2027, 2028 boating season. For purposes of this bid the 2026,2027,2028 boating season will be July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029.
